Vapodest 50s plus VAPODEST Manager Software

The latest range of Vapodest rapid steam distillation systems can be subdivided into three categories; Basic, Programmable and Programmable with titration.

Basic

Vapodest 10s is the entry-level system for the automatic rapid steam distillation for Kjeldahl / ammonia analysis.

Sodium Hydroxide addition is by way of a time-controlled pump. Distillation time can be set and the steam power can be varied between 10 – 100% with automatic switch off at programme end. The clear protective door, with safety switch, adds to the inbuilt safety features.

The Vapodest 10s is the ideal instrument for laboratories with low sample throughput but a high demand for reliability. For more information - click here.

Programmable

The Vapodest 20s and 30s are the intermediate level systems and are controlled by a modern microprocessor control unit.

The Vapodest 20s has automatic chemical addition, variable steam power between 40 – 100 % with automatic switch off at programme end. The chemical addition pump can be calibrated for accurate chemical addition.

With the ability to store 10 programs in memory, the 2-line display conveniently shows the individual programme steps.

The clear protective door, with safety switch, adds to the inbuilt safety features.

Vapodest 30s has all the parameters of the Vapodest 20s, with the benefit of water addition to the sample tube and sample tube emptying.

These programmable Vapodests are suitable for the analyses Kjeldahl, ammonia, nitrogen, sulphur dioxide, ethanol, phenols and cyanide in a wide variety of samples. For more information - click here.

Programmable + Titration

The Vapodest 45s accepts an external titrator and has all the parameters of the Vapodest 30s with the capacity to add boric acid to the receiving vessel, titration using a pH end point and empty the receiver at titration end. The results obtained from the titration can be displayed in millilitres titrated or as % if a constant sample weight is taken. For more information - click here.

The Vapodest 50s with integrated titration offers state of the art developments for the laboratory with a high throughput of samples. An external PC with the Vapodest Manager software controls Vapodest 50s. End users can create a library of programmes, store batches of samples including sample i.d and weight of sample prior to analysis. Final results are stored as .csv files for use with spreadsheet programmes.

The Vapodest 50s carousel has the added benefit of a 20 place automatic carousel for laboratories which value complete automation. For more information - click here.
