HMC offer several versions of autoclave and steam steriliser. HV and HG are free standing laboratory models from 25 to 110 litres capacity and the HMT range are bench top models ideal for laboratories, clinics, surgeries etc.

The HG series is a range of easy to use automated autoclaves of outstanding design and quality.  Two models are available 50, 80 litres capacity. Each model has the same features including automated lid opening and closing, automatic locking, temperature sensor thermo lock, steam condenser, fast cooling system and single key programming.

The automatic lock mechanism doesn't just open and close the lid. On closing the lid automatically locks itself. Once closed once closed and under pressure it is not possible to open the chamber.

Monitoring pressure checks high precision temperature control. This allows accurate temperature control and reduced batch times.

Steam produced during the cycle is condensed efficiently so the unit can be positioned comfortably in most laboratory situations.

All parameters of the cycle may be programmed to suit your requirements, however the system includes pre-set programmes for solids, liquids, agars and waste. The onboard programme can be used to switch the unit on for an overnight run so items are ready for removal in the morning.

Temperature, time remaining and cycle progress are all clearly shown on the control unit with an LED display. Pressure is indicated by a separate analogue display on the body of the autoclave.

Optional additions to the range include integrated batch documentation, external software and automatic water supply*.

*The HG can be fed and automatically with feed water when required from a supply of deionised water with a pressure of 2 bar.
