HMC offer several versions of autoclave and steam steriliser, HV and HG are free standing laboratory models from 25 to 110 litres capacity and the HMT range are bench top models ideal for laboratories, clinics, surgeries etc.

The HV series is a range of low cost models with some remarkable features for the price.  Four models are available 25, 50, 85 and 110 litres capacity. Each model has the same features including an easy slide quick lock, flexible temperature sensor thermo lock, steam condenser and single key programming.

The easy slide quick lock mechanism eliminates the need for a laborious screw-lock mechanism. Simply slide the latch across and the system is locked. In combination with the thermo lock once closed and in operation access to the chamber is not possible. The lightweight lid is designed for easy opening and the rounded edges prevent injury.

Monitoring pressure checks high precision temperature control. This allows accurate temperature control and reduced batch times.

Steam produced during the cycle is condensed efficiently so the unit can be positioned comfortably in most laboratory situations.

All parameters of the cycle may be programmed to suit your requirements, however the system includes pre-set programs for solids, liquids, agars and waste. The onboard programme can be used to switch the unit on for an overnight run so items are ready for removal in the morning.

Temperature, time remaining and cycle progress are all clearly shown on the control unit with an LED display. Pressure is indicated by a separate analogue display on the body of the autoclave.

Optional additions to the range include integrated batch documentation, external software, air-cooling (fast cool), and automatic water supply*.

*The HV can be fed and automatically with feed water when required from a supply of deionised water with a pressure of 2 bar.
