TKA DI2000 ION Exchange Cartridge
TKA provide many solutions for the purification of water from simple demineralisation through to ultra pure water. Whatever your requirements TKA can provide a solution.
For large volumes of deionised water pressure resistant steel cartridge deionisers can be a simple solution.
TKA steel cartridges can be supplied with an analogue or digital conductivity meter and hose sets. These cartridges can supply a water purity of between 0.1 and 20uS/cm adequate for most laboratory applications such as general microbiology media preparation, chemical reagents, washers and autoclaves.
TKA supply eight steel cartridge deionisers depending on usage. See Table below for details.

Controllers
TKA Analogue 50
A simple analogue needle display with a range from 0 to 50µS/cm. Supplied with 2 x 1.5m hoses, female thread and measuring cell.
TKA Control 330
A digital display of conductivity, which can either be in µS/cm or MΩ and temperature. Limits of measurement can be set to ensure water produced is up to the required specification. A red LED and buzzer indicate water performance problems. The limiter may be switched off for other applications. The TKA control 330 is supplied ready to connect with 2 x 1.5m hoses, female thread and measuring cell. Dimensions mm 75 x 30 x 130 ( W x D x H).
