Portable Optical Contact Angle PCA100M

Supported by the same image analysis software as the entire range of ‘laboratory’ devices: contact angle determination / surface free energy calculation / consequent, work of adhesion, the handheld PCA100 M enables the evaluation of surface properties ‘on site’ during the production process.

Whether the application be controlling the integrity and/or quality of a ‘live’ coating process, examining the surface energies of pre-treated polymer films feeding into a secondary process or evaluating the cleaned or adhesion promoted glass surfaces, prior to the next stage within a process, the PCA100 M provides vital data at the right time(s).
