Analysette 18 With Autosieve
Vibratory Sieve shakers are ideal for determining quantitative particle size analysis. Particle size can be measured in many dry or wet solids and suspensions. In combination with the evaluation programme ‘Autosieve’ software, the ANALYSETTE 18 vibratory sieve shaker can be used to measure particle size distribution and may be controlled and analysed using larger sieves of 350mm, 400mm and 450mm diameter.
The ANALYSETTE 18 vibratory sieve shaker has been designed for the processing of large sieving quantities of coarse-grained materials. The ANALYSETTE 18 is used for dry sieving larger amounts of material up to 25Kg, with a maximum 6Kg per batch. For particle size measurements between 63µm and 125mm, the ANALYSETTE 18 is capable of holding a stack of up to 7 sieves including the sieve pan and the lid.
Two unbalanced motors situated in phase opposition under defined angles create optimal vibrations of the test sieves, which are mounted to the sieve plate. When the sieving time is finished, both motors are stopped. With this design, the sample material is accelerated simultaneously in both the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. This means that the sample material movement is subject to constant changes in direction, which reduces the sieving time.

ANALYSETTE 18 is supplied without test sieves and sieve pan, which are essential accessories. Tensioning bars and sieve cover are included along with evaluation programme Autosieve for Windows™ for the professional analysis of sieve data.
