LABORETTE 27 and LABORETTE 24
The FRITSCH LABORETTE 24 vibratory feeder can be used for the uniform delivery of representative free flowing samples into a variety of laboratory instruments such as sample dividers, mills and laboratory balances. LABORETTE 24 replaces and automates manual sample feeding by hand, saving time and preventing system overload.
The vibration of a stainless steel channel in a uniform stream conveys free flowing material. Modifying the vibration amplitude of the channel controls the rate of flow. This means that even the smallest quantities of material can be conveyed with absolute uniformity.
A raised platform is available along with ‘U’ and ‘V’ shaped channels to allow correct positioning of the feeder above the instrument. The ‘U’ shaped channel has a maximum sample conveyance of 2500g/minute and a minimum sample conveyance of 5g/minute. Whereas the ‘V’ shaped channel has a maximum sample conveyance of 1500g/minute and a minimum sample conveyance of 1g/minute.
LABORETTE 24 can also be used most commonly in combination with the LABORETTE 27 rotary cone sample divider or the PULVERISETTE 14 variable speed rotor mill. There is no real restriction on the type or make of instrument LABORETTE 24 can be used with.
